构建都市圈对于提升城市间协同合作、增强产业链韧性和水平至关重要。文章以武汉都市圈九座城市为研究对象,利用2018至2023年的面板数据,从经济和社会发展两个维度构建综合评价指标体系。通过熵值法评估各城市发展水平,并计算其与都市圈的协同度。同时,依据引力模型全面分析城市间的引力强度,揭示辐射带动效应。研究结果显示:武汉市对都市圈内各城市的辐射带动能力不断增强,城市间引力分为中型和弱型;武汉都市圈内部已形成三大有特色的城市群;城市间的互动受产业结构和空间距离的双重影响。因此,应持续优化武汉都市圈的产业布局,强化武汉市对圈内城市的辐射引领作用;充分利用武汉都市圈内城市群的资源优势,不断强化中心城市的产业引领作用,带动城市群内各成员城市的产业发展;针对武汉都市圈产业协同的巨大提升空间,全面优化城市圈产业链群。
Abstract:The construction of metropolitan areas is crucial to improving the synergy and cooperation between cities and enhancing the resilience and level of the industrial chain. This paper takes nine cities in the Wuhan metropolitan area as the research object, and uses the panel data from 2018 to 2023 to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system from two dimensions: economic and social development. The entropy method is used to evaluate the development level of each city, and the degree of synergy between each city and the metropolitan area is calculated. At the same time, the gravitational intensity between cities is comprehensively analyzed according to the gravitational model, and the radiation driving effect is revealed. The results show that the radiation driving capacity of Wuhan to cities in the metropolitan area is continuously enhanced, and the gravitational force between cities is divided into medium and weak. Three distinctive urban agglomerations have been formed in the Wuhan metropolitan area; The interaction between cities is affected by both industrial structure and spatial distance. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to optimize the industrial layout of the Wuhan metropolitan area and strengthen the leading role of Wuhan in radiating to the cities in the circle. Make full use of the resource advantages of the urban agglomeration in the Wuhan metropolitan area, continuously strengthen the leading role of the central city's industry, and drive the industrial development of each member city in the urban agglomeration; In view of the huge room for improvement of industrial synergy in the Wuhan metropolitan area, the industrial chain group of the urban circle is comprehensively optimized.
