随着乡村振兴战略深入实施，乡村文化的传承与创新成为推动乡村全面发展的重要力量，乡村振兴是全面的振兴，既包括经济层面更应该包括文化层面的振兴，作为乡村文化重要的组成部分之一，新乡贤文化显现出其独有的吸引力和振兴的内驱力。通过分析湖北新乡贤文化传播现状，探讨其在传播过程中的问题与困境，并结合乡村振兴的实际需求，提出相应的传播策略，使得湖北新乡贤文化得到足够的关注和重视，共同推动湖北乡村全面振兴。

As the rural revitalization policy is further implemented, the inheritance and innovation of rural culture have become important forces that drive the all-around development of rural areas. Rural revitalization is an overarching process which encompasses not only the economic aspect, but also, more importantly, the cultural aspect. As a crucial part of rural culture, the culture of new rural elites has demonstrated its unique attraction and inner drive for revitalization. By analyzing the current situation of the dissemination of the new rural elite culture in Hubei Province, this paper discusses the problems and dilemmas in its dissemination, and proposes feasible dissemination strategies in line with the actual needs of rural revitalization, so that the new rural elites in Hubei can receive sufficient attention and emphasis, jointly promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Hubei Province.
